You can import your products from a CSV file, and the Business plan includes help moving from another platform. Tell us where you are coming from and what you want to bring.
Yes. Starter, Pro and Business differ in features such as your own domain, creator tools, several stores and the size of the AI workforce. Write to us if you are unsure which fits.
Email us with what you saw and what you expected. If an AI feature drafted something wrong, say which store and page, so we can look at what it did.
