We set prices for each region in its local currency, with tidy price points, so the plan is affordable where you live. Your price is based on your billing country.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits are how we measure AI work: building or redrafting a store, asking Shopmate for changes, and tasks your AI agents do. They reset every month, and you can see how many you have used.
What happens if I reach my limits?
If you reach your product limit you can keep selling what you have, and you'll be asked to move up a plan to add more. If you use all your AI credits, AI work pauses until they reset or you upgrade. Selling and orders carry on as normal.
What are the AI agents, and why do they differ by plan?
The AI workforce has agents including Product, SEO, Builder, Order and Inventory. Starter includes the Product agent, Pro adds SEO and Inventory, and Business includes all five. You choose what each agent does on its own and what waits for your approval.
Is anything else locked behind a higher plan?
No. Templates, themes, selling channels, your own domain and every other feature are on every plan. Plans differ only in products, AI credits and agents.
Do prices include tax and payment fees?
Prices exclude any local tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments from your own customers go through your Stripe or PayPal account at their rates, not ours.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time, and pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gives you about two months free.
